Mooli paratha is a popular Punjabi whole wheat flatbread made with unleavened dough and filled with spiced grated radish stuffing.
This is the king of all fart-inducers, and we all know it. Indulge in one too many mooli paranthas, and you're sure to empty out the room with your farts. The reason behind this is that radish, though rich in fibre (which helps digestion instead of blocking it) is also sulphurous.
Serve Mooli Paratha hot with yogurt, pickle or chutney. If you want you may sprinkle some chaat masala on the hot parathas.
Low blood pressure. Since the leaves appear to help lower blood pressure, eating too many of them might make your blood pressure too low if it is currently normal.
