Instructions
- Combine one cup of water and 2 tablespoons of powder milk and set aside.

I scale my normal burger buns between 95-100g. I flatten them when putting them on the pan and gently again when they are starting to pop up again. Then I let them rise fully. The most common size is 4.5 inches in diameter and is standard across the industry, so 90-95g is perfect size.
